Exchange and return policy

"Online Store"

We always make sure that our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by refunding the value of their purchases or exchanging them for one of our products, taking into account the following terms and conditions for exchange and return:

- Request a return or exchange for the value of products purchased through the online store within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

- Purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, unopened or unused, in their original packaging and in the same original condition upon receipt.

- The product codes or serial numbers on the package must be intact and the package must not be damaged.

- It is required that the gifts that the customer received with the product upon purchase be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition when wishing to exchange or return.

In the event of a return and after receiving and verifying the returned product, if the payment process was cash on delivery, the order value will be refunded as a credit to your account in the online store, where you can use it later to purchase other products.

If the payment is made via credit card or Mada card, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made, provided that the return period does not exceed 14 days from the date of payment. After 14 days have passed from the date of payment, the amount will not be returned to the card according to the Saudi Payments System, and the amount will be refunded as a balance to your account in the online store, where you can use it later to purchase other products.

· Loyalty points are not refundable for orders paid in whole or in part with points. Rather, the value of the paid portion is refunded using one of the payment methods available on the online store.

* The customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred for replacement and return, which will be determined and notified to the customer after receiving the replacement or return request.

* Delivery fees, cash on delivery fees, gift wrapping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.*

* International orders sent outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to exchange or return. *

Steps to make a replacement:

- The replacement or return request is submitted via email to [email protected] or one of the available communication methods.

The order or invoice number is added with the information about the product or products that you wish to return.

- The customer will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the email to arrange the exchange or return process.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We look forward to serving you in a manner that meets your expectations in providing this service, so we hope that you will provide us with the following information:

- Clear address to ensure fast delivery.

- The address must include the building number, villa number, or apartment number, in addition to the street name and city.

- The phone number and name of the person concerned must be recorded.

- Before submitting your order, you must carefully check the product specifications and agree to abide by the site's terms of use.

  * We ship orders through the "Home Delivery" service daily except Fridays, official holidays, Eid and occasions, and deliver them within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. The "Home Delivery" service is a "door to door" service in most cases, but we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to the limited availability of the delivery company in some remote areas or the lack of clarity of the address. *

Delivery fees

If the order is less than 150 Saudi Riyals, a delivery fee of 25 Saudi Riyals will be paid.

If it is more than 150 Saudi riyals, the customer is exempt from delivery fees.

   * If the customer chooses the payment method at Islam, the customer will bear an additional fee of 10 Saudi riyals for each order. *
